Технопланктон (Технопланктон своими руками) — относительно новая приманка, разработанная специально для ловли толстолобика. К слову, пока она является и единственной. Кроме как на технопланктон, толстолобик не клюет ни на что (разве что чисто случайно).
В последнее время, появилось очень много увлеченных любителей целенаправленной ловли этой рыбы на поплавочную снасть. Родился спрос – появилось предложение.
На рынке продается достаточно много готового технопланктона. Средняя цена — 30 рублей за 1 «бочонок». За одну рыбалку уходит от 10-ти до 15-ти единиц технопланктона.
При подсчетах дневных и месячных затрат, у рыболовов возникает желание начать ловить на самодельный технопланктон.
Возможно, ли сделать эту приманку дома, сэкономив при этом свои кровные?
Да, изготовить технопланктон своими руками в домашних условиях можно.
Вопрос другой: стоит ли игра свеч?
Если вы ловите толстолобика на поплавочную или донную снасть в лучшем случае раз, ну максимум два раза в месяц, уделяя этой рыбалке всего пару месяцев в году, то заморачиваться над самостоятельным изготовлением технопланктона не следует. Выгоднее купить несколько упаковок фабричного.
Но если вы выезжаете ловить лобатого регулярно, в самостоятельном изготовлении искусственного планктона смысл есть.
Технопланктон своими руками: что нужно для изготовления?
На данный момент, в домашних условиях технопланктон изготавливается двумя способами:
- Силовая прессовка смеси в специальной металлической пресс-форме без термообработки.
- Запекание слегка спрессованного в пластиковой формочке состава в микроволновой печи.
Второй вариант намного доступнее, потому что материал для изготовления формочек найти намного проще.
По сути, любая пластиковая трубочка нужного диаметра (около 3.5 см) подойдет для изготовления технопланктона.
Также нужно изготовить заглушку и поршень, который будет сжимать смесь внутри трубки. Самый простой вариант – использовать в качестве пластиковой пресс-формочки 20-ти кубовый шприц.
Процесс изготовления:
- Сырье засыпается в формочку, затем в нее вставляется поршень, и смесь сжимается небольшим усилием.
- Затем, форму кладут в микроволновку на 7-10 секунд, после чего сырье окончательно спрессовывается с помощью поршня, и вся конструкция отправляется в микроволновку на 25-30 секунд.
- После этого можно извлечь уже готовый технопланктон наружу.
Если вы хотите серьезно заниматься изготовлением рассматриваемой приманки в больших количествах, от вышеописанного способа лучше отказаться в пользу метода холодной прессовки в специальной металлической пресс-форме.
Чертеж самодельной пресс-формы с размерами можно легко найти в свободном доступе. Вот один из них:
Сделать нормальную металлическую пресс форму из подручных материалов вряд ли получится. Поэтому, придется обращаться за помощью к знакомому токарю. Можно поступить еще проще, и купить готовую пресс-форму.
Сейчас в интернете есть много таких предложений. Цена формочки колеблется в пределах 600-1000 рублей. Примерно такая же сумма тратится за одну рыбалку с фабричным технопланктоном…
Для прессовки смеси без последующего запекания, нужно создать высокое давление. В качестве пресса можно использовать гидравлический или механический домкрат, который будет сжимать специальную металлическую раму.
Но, на мой взгляд, проще всего приобрести большую, монтажную струбцину, и использовать ее в качестве пресса.
Состав самодельного технопланктона
Чтобы ловля толстолобика на технопланктон была успешной, необходимо, чтобы приманка создавала мутное облако и сильно пылить.
Процесс должен происходить медленно и постепенно, если технопланктон разваливается уже спустя 20 минут, после того, как снасть была заброшена в воду, от него то и дело отваливаются большие куски, то это плохая приманка, которая вряд ли будет работать.
В составе правильного технопланктона должны присутствовать определенные группы компонентов.
Давайте подробно разберем каждую из них.
Технопланктон своими руками: наполнители или основа
В качестве основы для изготовления технопланктона можно использовать любые крупы, перемолотые в муку.
Обычно, рыболовы замешивают смесь на основе манки, кукурузной или овсяной муки, часто разбавляют состав гречневой или гороховой «пылью».
Вообще пропорции и состав может быть любой, так что у рыболова есть широкие возможности для экспериментов и творчества.
Единственное, что хотелось бы порекомендовать – всегда добавлять в смесь овсяную муку. Этот ингредиент дает равномерное, медленное растворение, хорошо «пылит». Пылевое облачко позволяет рыбе быстро обнаружить снасть.
Связующие компоненты или «клей»
Нужны для того, чтобы спрессованный технопланктон не разваливался как обычая прикормка, а постепенно таял в воде.
Еще одна функция связующих компонентов – создание мутного облачка возле приманки, которое, как и пылевое, привлекает внимание рыбы.
Самые лучшие связующие – крохмал, мальтодекстрин, сахарная пудра, сухое молоко и сухие сливки.
Можно добавлять сразу несколько ингредиентов. Лучше всего сочетаются сухое молоко и сахарная пудра. Молоко создает приличное облако мути, а сахар хорошо склеивает основу и дает технопланктону сладкий вкус, который очень нравится толстолобику.
Важно! Процентное соотношение связующего к основе приблизительно 1:8.
Ароматизаторы
Для привлечения толстолобика, запах имеет ничуть не меньшее значение, чем облачка мути и «пыли», поэтому в технопланктон нужно обязательно добавлять ароматизаторы.
Любимые запахи толстолобика – мед, клубника, ваниль, карамель. Так же хорошо работает чесночный запах.
Помимо ароматизаторов, в смесь можно добавлять аттрактанты. От ароматизаторов они отличаются тем, что содержат вещества-раздражители, повышающие аппетит у рыбы.
В приготовлении технопланктона нет каких-то догм. Нельзя сказать, что «вот с таким составом снасть будет уловистой», а «это не будет ловить».
Используйте любые ингредиенты, экспериментируйте. Самое главное – выдержать процентное соотношение связующих веществ и основы.
Имейте в виду, что все компоненты засыпаются в пресс-форму не отдельно, а вместе. Поэтому, связующие, ароматизаторы и основу нужно тщательно перемешать в блендере.
Не спешите делать партию приманок. После того, как вы спрессовали первый бочонок, он окончательно высох, следует насадить его на «тремпель», опустить в аквариум или стеклянную банку, и посмотреть, как технопланктон распадается в воде.
Приманка должна полностью растаять приблизительно за 40-60 мин. Это показатель того, что снасть работает, как полагается, и ловля толстолобика на технопланктон будет результативной.
Если бочонок растворяется слишком быстро, либо вообще разваливается, необходимо добавить в состав заготовленной смеси немного крахмала или рисовой муки.
Но не переборщите: в больших количествах эти связующие ускоряют процесс растворения технопланктона.
Как только получится сделать «правильный» технопланктон, берите снасть, всю необходимую экипировку и отправляйтесь на водоем тестировать изделие. Вполне возможно, что ваша самоделка будет работать намного лучше покупных приманок.
