«Салапинская каша для фидера». К большому сожалению, львиная часть фабричных прикормочных смесей не годится для фидерной рыбалки на крупного леща. Использовать их можно разве только для ловли плотвы, густеры и небольших подлещиков. Почему?
Да потому, что в составе покупных смесей отсутствуют крупные, сытные фракции, которые необходимы для того, чтобы надолго удержать рыбу в нужном месте.
Да, крупный лещ может прийти на запах, его может привлечь облако мути от прикормки.
Но когда он подойдет к закормленному месту, то поймет, что есть там, собственно, нечего (разве только пропускать пыль сквозь жабры), и поплывет дальше – искать реальную еду.
Поэтому, если ваша цель — поимка крупного леща, в качестве прикормки нужно использовать самодельную кашу. На данный момент известно много всевозможных рецептов приготовления различных каш.
Одним из лучших по праву считается рецепт небезызвестного рыболова-фидерщика Дмитрия Салапина. Рецепт приготовления уже успели перенять тысячи рыболовов, по достоинству оценив эффективность салапинской каши на рыбалках. Если вы еще ни разу не делали кашу Салапина, предлагаю вам ознакомиться с рецептом ее приготовления.
Ингредиенты и приготовление
Нужны:
- Перловка.
- Пшонка.
- Ячневая крупа.
- Кукурузная крупа.
- Душистое подсолнечное масло.
- Ванилин.
В кастрюлю наливаем немного воды (3-4 сантиметра высоты), и ставим ее на огонь. (рис.1)
Практически сразу добавляем в нее половину мерной емкости перловки. В качестве мерки идеально использовать чашку или пиалку, объемом 250-300 грамм. (рис. 2).
Далее необходимо прикрутить огонь, накрыть кастрюлю крышкой, дождаться закипания воды, и варить перловку до тех пор, пока она не начнет слегка разбухать. Обычно это происходит где-то через 5-7 минут. Тут главное — никуда не отлучаться с кухни, постоянно контролируя степень готовности зерен.
Когда зерна перловки слегка разварятся (рис.3), необходимо досыпать в кастрюлю одну полную мерную емкость пшенки (рис.4).
На этом же этапе приготовления, необходимо налить в кастрюлю немного душистого подсолнечного масла (2-3 столовые ложки), и туда же высыпать один пакетик ванилина. (рис. 5 и 6).
Ванилин – отличный ароматизатор, который нравится крупному лещу. Некоторые рыболовы добавляют в кашу еще и корицу, но в классическом салапинском рецепте этот ингредиент отсутствует. После того, как все необходимое будет в кастрюле, хорошо перемешиваем ингредиенты.
Варим кашу еще минуты три, после чего выключаем конфорку, и на 10-15 минут идем заниматься своими делами. По возвращении открываем крышку, и смотрим, что получилось. В идеале вы не должны наблюдать в кастрюле воду – крупа должна всю ее впитать в себя и разбухнуть. (рис .7)
Если вода есть – значит, изначально вы налили ее слишком много. Не расстраивайтесь. Во время последующих приготовлений, вы научитесь подбирать идеальные пропорции, и лишней воды в кастрюле оставаться не будет.
Ну, а сейчас просто берем шумовку, и перекладываем кашу в другую кастрюлю (рис.8).
Альтернативный вариант – высыпать содержимое в дуршлаг с мелкой ячейкой, и сцедить всю жидкость.
Следующий этап приготовления является заключительным. В кастрюлю со сваренной кашей засыпаем по две мерные емкости ячневой и кукурузной крупы (рис. 9 и 10).
Хорошенько все перемешиваем (рис .11), и вуаля – салапинская каша-прикормка готова! Теперь нужно проверить, действительно ли она обладает нужными нам свойствами…
Зачерпните смесь рукой, и сомните в ладони (рис. 12). Коли каша слипается при легком сжатии, но распадается, если сильно сжать ее в руке, значит, вы все сделали просто идеально, с чем вас искренне поздравляю.
Прикормка такой консистенции хорошо забивается в фидерную кормушку, но на дне она будет быстро распадаться, вымываться, и привлекать к вашей наживке рыбу.
Если же каша не слипается, это значит, что вы добавили слишком много сухой ячки и кукурузы. Исправить такое положение дел просто. Нужно всего лишь отварить еще немного перловки с пшеном, и добавить их к приготовленной смеси. Более быстрый вариант – запарить чуток каши «Геркулес» в кипятке, и также добавить ее в кастрюлю.
Возможен противоположный вариант – каша получится слишком вязкая, не будет распадаться при сильном сжатии. Вывод – недосыпали сухих ингредиентов.
Не теряя времени, исправляемся, и добавляем еще немного ячки и кукурузной крупы. Подсыпаем эти продукты небольшими порциями, каждый раз перемешивая кашу, и проверяя ее консистенцию.
Используя в качестве прикормки кашу, приготовленную по данному рецепту, нужно помнить о том, что все ее ингредиенты очень сытные.
Если сильно переусердствовать с количеством доставленной на точку прикормки, есть вероятность просто-напросто перекормить леща до такой степени, что он просто-напросто не доберется до крючка с наживкой. Используйте салапинскую кашу без фанатизма, с умом, и вы обязательно поймаете леща своей мечты.
