به‌ من برخورد و رفتم توی اتاقم نشستم و چندساعته آن را نوشتم که البته نسخه اولیه
خیلی با آنچه امروز می‌بینیم فرق داشت ولی نهایتا نتیجه شد
«آگهی فروش». البته فیلم‌نامه را آقای ارسیا تقوا هم خواندند، با یک روان‌کاو
فرانسوی هم مشورت کردم و تحقیقاتی هم کردم که
از نظر پزشکی غلط نداشته باشد.

مثلا فهمیدم یک‌سری سایت توی فرانسه برای فتیش‌ها،
کفش دست‌دوم می‌فروشند و با سرزدن به این سایت متوجه شدم که برای آنها هرچه کفش کهنه‌تر باشد ارزش بیشتری دارد.

این فیلم در اصل قرار بود بخشی از یک
آنتولوژی باشد (فدریکو فلینی و ژول داسن در اصل به کار گرفته شده بودند تا صحنه‌های فراموش‌نشدنی‌ای خلق کنند اما

بررسی تأثیر گاباپنتین بر روی اووژنز و
هورمون‌های جنسی زنانه و گنادوتروپیک در موش‌های‌ سوری بالغ ماده
گاباپنتین یکی از داروهای پرمصرف از گروه داروهای ضد صرع است .این دارو خط اول درمان نوعی صرع به نام صرع جزئی می باشد.گاباپنتین به تنهایی یا همراه با سایر داروهای ضد صرع جهت کاهش حملات تشنج استفاده می شود.
در درمان صرع در کودکان 3 الی 12 سال، دوز اولیه روزانه 10 تا 15 میلی گرم
به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن به صورت سه دوز منقسم تجویز می گردد.
دوز موثر پس از یک دوره تقریبا سه روزه تعیین می گردد.
اکتوپنتین نام تجاری دارویی به نام گاباپنتین است که توسط کارخانه
داروسازی اکتوورکو تولید می شود.

هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه اثر
ضد دردی دو داروی گاباپنتین و ایبوپروفن بر درد بعد از درمان کانال ریشه بود.

این درد ناشی از آسیب عصبی ناشی از زونا است، بثور
دردناکی که در بزرگسالان ایجاد می شود.
زونا پس از عفونت با ویروس واریسلا زوستر ظاهر می شود.

از گاباپنتین می‌توان برای کاهش این دردها استفاده
کرد. گاباپنتین به گروهی از داروها
گفته می‌شود که به عنوان داروهای ضد صرع شناخته
می‌شوند. اگرچه برای درمان چندین بیماری مختلف دیگر
نیز تجویز می‌شود.
